The Little Star Who Forgot to Shine
A soft baby bedtime story with gentle sounds, sleepy animals, and one tiny star learning to rest.
Night sky.
Big moon.
Tiny star.
Twinkle blinked once.
Twinkle blinked twice.
No shine came out.
Owl stretched one wing.
Owl stretched two wings.
Stretch, stretch.
Soft, soft.
Owl opened a round eye.
“Can you do a big yawn?”
Twinkle blinked slowly.
Hedgehog rustled by.
Snuffle, snuffle.
Tiny feet.
Tiny nose.
Hedgehog curled into leaves.
Curl, curl.
Warm, warm.
“Can we whisper shhh?”
Twinkle tucked in one point.
Then another.
Then another.
Mouse peeped out.
Mouse found a crumb.
Mouse found a bed.
Mouse found a hush.
Nibble.
Nestle.
Night-night.
Twinkle gave a little yawn.
A tiny twinkle came.
Not bright.
Not big.
Just soft.
Owl was still.
Hedgehog was round.
Mouse was tucked.
Twinkle slept.
Twinkle, twinkle.
Shhh.
